Event description:
In this class you will learn to make delicious crepes, enjoy the "Carbonara" pretending you are in Trastevere and enjoy a sweet ending with homemade cannoli. MENU: HERBED CREPES WITH FONTINA CHEESE AND MUSHROOMS ORECCHIETTE PASTA CARBONARA WITH PANCETTA AND ASPARAGUS BAKED CHICKEN BREAST WITH BLUE CHEESE AND ARTICHOKES CANNOLI (HOMEMADE RICOTTA, CHOCOLATE, CANDIED ORANGE AND ORANGE BLOSSOM WATER STUFFED CANNOLI) This will be Chef Nadia Frigeri's last cooking class with Cooking With Class.
